How do I get sample containers?
We provide sample containers at no extra charge. We will ship them to you via courier or parcel delivery for a delivery charge.
How fast will I get my results?
Our standard turn around time (TAT) is 5 business days. For samples received prior to 10:00 am the TAT will begin that day. If samples are received after 10:00 am, the TAT will begin at 8:00 am the following business day. Our service is faster than most other laboratories.
What are sample preservatives?
Most samples require preservation such as temperature, chemical or both. The preservatives prevent the loss of analytes of concern. We provide pre-preserved sample containers with the exception of ice. Most organic tests require temperature preservation at 4 degrees Celsius. The client is responsible for providing ice or blue ice.
What are holding times?
Holding times are a non-scientific time range for the time a sample is taken and the time the sample is analyzed. Contact Customer Service for a list of tests and their related holding times.
